Information Collection and Use
We will not sell, share, or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement. Bilantic Holdings, LLC may collect information from customers at several different points in our software applications and websites.
While we make every effort to preserve user privacy, we may need to disclose personal information when required by law wherein we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with an appropriate law enforcement investigation, current judicial proceeding, court order or legal process.
Under-age Users
In order to comply with FTC regulations, Bilantic Holdings, LLC. does not allow individuals under the age of 13 to use its products or any products of its subsidiaries. Any individual who indicates that he or she is under the age of 13 is immediately sent to a confirmation page, which upon confirmation of the individual's age, deletes all personal information.
Cookies
A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's hard drive containing information about the user. Bilantic Holdings, LLC may use cookies to track and/or identify users for marketing or other purposes. Cookies placed on your computer only identify the computer you are using and do not provide or reveal personal information.
Log Files
Information collected by log files will be used for troubleshooting, re-building data entry histories, server security and/or to improve the quality of our products and services.
Sharing
Bilantic Holdings, LLC. uses a third party credit card processing company and merchant bank to approve credit in order to bill users for products and services. Neither the credit card company nor the merchant bank is authorized to retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes and is specifically forbidden by law from such use of information.

Surveys & Contests
From time-to-time our site may request information from users via surveys or contests. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and the user therefore has a choice whether or not to disclose this information. Information requested may include contact information (such as name and shipping address), and demographic information (such as zip code, industry affiliation or age group). Contact information will be used to notify the winners and award prizes.
Tell-A-Friend
If a user elects to use our referral service for informing a friend about our products and services, we ask them for the friend's name and email address. Bilantic Holdings, LLC will automatically send the friend an email inviting them to visit the website of interest. We maintain this information for the sole purpose of sending email, tracking the success of the referral program and crediting user accounts for referrals. The friend may contact us by clicking the Contact Us link from any page on our website to request the removal of this information from our database.
Security
Bilantic Holdings, LLC, makes every effort to protect users' private information. When users submit sensitive information, we take precautions to protect that information both online and off-line. When you enter personal information, we encrypt the information using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology. SSL protects information as it is transmitted across the Internet. To take advantage of SSL technology during your sessions, you must use an SSL3-capable browser. Most every current browser is SSL-3 compliant, including AOL 8.0 and higher, Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 and higher, and Netscape Navigator 7.0 and higher…to name just a few.
While we use SSL encryption to protect the transmission of sensitive information online, we also take every possible precaution to protect user-information off-line. Our servers are located in high-security data centers accessible only with biometric identification. Our website is audited daily using over 7,000 different security tests based on hacker activity information collected every 15 minutes from hundreds of private and government sources worldwide. All user information, not simply the sensitive information mentioned above, is secured in our offices. Only security-trained employees who have passed rigorous background checks, have signed confidentiality statements and must have a "need-to-know" in order to perform a specific task (i.e., customer service or technical support) are given multi-level access to personally identifiable information. In addition, we subject our infrastructure, network, policy and processes to review by international experts in information security on a regular and on-going basis. We may send new visitors a welcoming email to verify password and username or to provide valuable user information. Established members may occasionally receive information on products, services, special offers, and a newsletter. We reserve the right to send important site and service announcements or updates. These announcements or updates may be crucial to the users continued ability to use the software. Email announcments and updates will be sent to the email address provided at the time of registration.
